You may be eligible for rebates depending on your private health fund cover and/or whether you have been referred on a GP management plan.

If you have relevant private health fund cover, rebates can be processed on the spot through our HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities. Contact your private health fund to determine how much rebate you will receive on your visits.

If you have been referred by your GP, you may be eligible for up to 5 Medicare rebated visits to see a Chiropractor. For further details, discuss this with your GP. Please note, a gap payment will still be charged on a GP management plan.

Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee of $40 applies when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. Whilst we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise,  please understand that notifying us as soon as possible if unable to attend an appointment, allows the availability of treatment to another patient in need of our care.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

The first appointment is usually the longest and involves not only understanding your medical issues but also you as a unique person.

It is always helpful to bring as much relevant information as you can to a doctors appointment such as:

- Current medications and supplements

- Recent pathology and radiology test results

- Recent hospital discharge summaries

- Previous doctor reports and letters

- Notes regarding your family medical history

HOW DO I GET TO THE CLINIC VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

You can catch the 575 bus from Turramurra station, Stand B.
Disembark at the intersection between Cherrywood Ave and Hampden Ave and the clinic is within very short walking distance. All this should take around 10 minutes. See you soon!
